The Roadmap Flow free desktop app stores your roadmap workspace files locally on your device. The free local-first app does not require a cloud account, and we do not sync or transmit your roadmap data to our servers.

When you visit roadmap-flow.com, the website may collect basic hosting and server logs through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to ensure security and proper functioning of the site.

4. Support Communications

When you contact us via email (support@roadmap-flow.com), we process your email address and the contents of your message solely to respond to your user requests and provide support.

5. Future Paid Subscriptions

If paid subscriptions are introduced in the future, billing processes will be handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe. Belfavn will not store full credit card numbers directly.
